Ethan Hawke Claims The Black Phone is Scarier Than Sinister

Sinister started out awesome but when it was revealed it was the children doing it, the film nose dived and never recovered. The first half was pretty damn great though.

I will be checking this out at some point, not at cinemas though.

The 3rd act ruined what was otherwise a great horror movie.

I thought Sinister started great but went off the rails when it started being supernatural.

I think it was a bit overrated, but I still think Sinister was a good horror movie.

I saw it last night. It had a few creepy moments, but Sinister was way way more creepy than this. This was more thriller than horror imo

Everyone decides this kind of thing for themselves.

For me, I'd say Sinister was a lot creepier. So I suppose that means "scarier."

Having said that, Hawke did a fantastic job in Black Phone.
