Usually you have to watch something for a while to realize how stupid it is, but not Hanna, it is apparent right away.

Hanna's slight pacing issue in the middle episodes was mostly a result of trying to adhere to the broad outline of a two hour film. I suspect the second season, which will move beyond the original material into totally new territory, will set a more even pace. That said, I found most of the show to be highly engaging and the last three episodes built to a satisfying conclusion. If you liked the original movie you'll probably like this too. If not ... maybe we just have different tastes.
