Tracking Shot

Wow, this was quite a movie for such a low budget, I loved it. The extended tracking shot that travels through town was amazing, never seen anything quite like it.

yeah, this would have made for a good mini-series. looking forward to his next work

Yeah that was amazing. And those long takes. Especially with the switchboard operator. Like 10 or something minutes!

The movie was just okay to me, but that sweep through town was extremely cool. I wonder how it was done. SFX? Drone? However it was done, I loved it.

reply

There is some VFX involved. It's not a drone.

It's multiple shots stitched together, like they did in 1917.

It's talked about in this article:

Just watched it today, and also loved it.

Saw this one recently and yep, that tracking shot was good, sets were really nice too, so was the acting, everyone did a very solid job. Although, it's a little windy at times. If there is such a thing as talking too much in a movie, this is it. lol... But overall, it's a good movie, I'll give it a solid 6.8 out of 10.

***spoiler ahead***

The ending fell a little short for me but what made this movie even better is that the US government recently came out and admitted that UFO's are real. So, this added a ton of intrigue to this film for me.
