I'd like to say yes, due to my IMDB-rating, but to be honest I don't remember that movie at all.

EDIT: just checked the trailer and yes, it far worse than Surfer, Dude.

actually, i feel the opposite,
as the non-plot sets in i felt like i was just wasting my time watching such a loser-asshole as Moondoggie
