Not sure about the writing and stories yet, but the performance from the lead makes it a great watch...
Very Italian with hand gestures and flick of the neck. A conversation with Rocco, Brizio, Furio, and Sebastiano reminds me of the Sopranos and Godfather. They’re hysterical. Love this series.This new season 4 is starting off really good. From Rome to Aosta. Pasta always looks good too. And the pizza… The sarcasm is 10th level. Schiavone always rates things. Life is a succession of pains in the ass that Rocco has catalogued and ranked. Receiving gifts and video poker games are pains in the ass of the eighth degree. Murder. 10.
