Anybody notice female characters with dark skin are always played by biracial or white passing women? Shame they found a Jafer and Aladdin actor but didn't put the effort for Jasmine

Naomi Scott's color seemed just fine to me.

She did look brown-ish at times. She has brown eyes, dark hair, sort of an ethnic face. I didn’t have a problem with her casting. She was also gorgeous

I am currently watching the film, her complexion is OK to me.
