Really, we're still resorting to these outdated bullying cliches?


I'm sorry but what year is this? Last time I checked it was 2024, not 2004! I can understand if they were verbally bullying him, but I see we're still resorting to physical violence? Don't we live in a time peroid where you can get cancelled for that kind of shit? Yes in the 90s and 2000s, there were a lot of cartoons with generic bullies who were nothing more than just poorly written 1-dimensional stereotypical schoolchildren, but there's no excuse for this anymore and today's cartoons don't even resort to this shit, anymore! Even when bullies show up in modern cartoons, they are written a lot better, so why even bother to write generic caricatures?

But they're not the same ones from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. They resort to name calling, rather than physical violence. The only movies where classic bullies still somewhat exist are DC films like Shazam. Everywhere else they're just verbal.
