At this point all zombies movies are the same. Outbreak happens, group of people need to make it from one place to a safer place, one of the heroes die, there's always an *beep* who thinks about himself first and let's everyone else die, movie ends with main character alive or risk their life for the sake of others. You can put them in any sort of situation and it would be exactly the same: plane, mall, train, underground layer.
