Trying Hard to Place Julie Walter's Accent in This

I noticed mid series that her accent wandered from being predominantly Scottish to sometimes Irish. I do believe that she grew up in Birmingham, but her mother was Irish.

Some Eastern Scottish accents have an Irish lilt to them - I studied in Scotland and noticed that some of the girls who came from Aberdeen ways almost sounded Irish at times.
