I barely, with great difficulty, made it to the first commercial

I mean, I knew it would be crap the moment I heard the canned laughter, but I kept waiting for at least one halfway funny joke, at least something redeeming about the show, at least some semblance of a reason why these actors agreed to do it, you know? Only to be disappointed that I wasted 6-7 minutes of my time on this garbage instead of deleting it right away.

What an embarrassment for Matt Leblanc after a show like Episodes... 

Yep... it's horrible. Cancelled, very soon is my guess.

He is clearly trying to earn back the $31M.

My Chimp DNA seems to have lost its password temporarily. Sluggr-2

What $31M?

I gave it 2 stars (was being nice), and can only hope it gets canceled very soon.

This show is okay. The second season is better. They toned down the focus on the kids, brought in the parents, and deal more with the brother and a helluva lot less with school. So it's got a much more Everybody Loves Raymond feel, but still a dreadful amount of Yes, Dear baggage. I'm a huge fan of the traditional sitcom model and this show is pretty solid middle of the road fair. I'm sure they're gonna plug away at this and make enough for a syndication deal where it will air alongside all those Patrick Walburton sitcoms. It's okay. Tim Meadows has been a good addition. By season 3 or 4 it might be pretty good.

My wife and I had just finished watching all episodes of "Episodes" and had been impressed with how good, and funny, Leblanc was. We saw he was in a new series, "Man with a Plan", and enthusiastically tuned in. We narrowly decided to continue past the first commercial, but by the end we had decided not to watch any more episodes. What a disappointment. "Man with a Plan" is like the really bad show Leblanc's actor character was stuck in in "Episodes".
