I opined a couple of years ago that Archie had become Batman. Well, now he's Superman! Well, a low rent, shitty Superman who can't fly or all those other things. I guess it's kinda like Smallville. Now we've got 4 other super humans running around trying to figure out how to dispose of Pazuzu from the Exorcist. Imagine, I actually compared the first season of this show to Veronica Mars. That didn't last long. I love how this show is somehow more batshit insane than Legacies, the show that's basically Teen Wolf OD'ing on every club drug imaginable. Somehow, with all the crazy, the single worst part may be the straight washing of the LGBT characters and turning Kevin into Hitler. Good job, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. Still, I can't stop watching this train wreck.

It was always a stupid premise that really only took the names from the Archie comic series and location and then tried to fuck it all up as much as possible. They did the same with Sabrina. The whole point of Sabrina was that she wasn't a dark evil witch and yet they went and made it all dark and evil.
