I found his attitude absolutely deplorable and a perfect definition of rape culture. Unbelievable.

When he first appeared I thought he seemed fine, but then later on with those comments about the girls wanting attention and that what happened was not rape baffled me. Like his character seemed to completely change. Absolutely disgusting.

That`s how it read to me as well. When I realized they were leading up to the rapists basically getting away with it, I was like uh oh, now we`re gonna see why he feels worse for them than the girls. That last line, wondering if they even were victims... guy, even under the "best" circumstances, you saw the medical report about her genitals being torn up right? 14-year-olds shouldn`t have to feel that during consensual loving sex, let alone drunken assaults. Jerk.

He made me absolutely sick to my stomach ... it makes me wonder how he behaves towards women .. people who condone/excuse this kind of behaviour have usually behaved in a similar way themselves.

I just like to know why is he still alive, AND is still a cop in that *beep* ass town?? What a horrible human being. There should be a petition around to get him off law enforcing because he's just letting criminals go to college freely!

He absolutely turned my stomach. I hope this film is widely seen so he can be publically and nationally shamed for his callous, misogynistic words and actions (or inactions).
