If Tom Pelphrey doesn't win an emmy it'll be a crime

His performance this season was so amazing, especially his scenes where he was going nuts and the scenes where he was breaking down and crying, he was just so good i couldn't believe i hadn't ever heard of him before.

His scenes with Wendy when they was on the run was just all emmy award winning scenes, the acting in that episode was on another level, and when he broke down in the truck while they was eating and just started crying and went "Everywhere i go, there i'am" almost made me cry, i felt so sorry for this guy.

Theres been alot of snubs at the emmys for amazing performances, but Tom Pelphrey not getting nominated or even winning will be one of the biggest injustices of the emmys.

I don't know if you watched Iron Fist but he was the best part of that mediocre show.

Omg he was Ward?! lol i can't believe i didn't know that, its been a while since i watched Iron Fist, and i guess the beard and hair threw me off and i didn't recognize him. Holy shit lol, man i can't believe i didn't realize he played Ward until you mentioned it. But yeah Ward was by far my favorite thing from Iron Fist, i just kept waiting for his scenes anytime i watched an episode.

I just finished watching Episode 9 and was thinking the same thing. I was almost in tears. I feel so emotionally attached to his character.

Omg and when Wendy asked him what he wants in 5 years, and he started saying together with Ruth, with a house, dogs and a job it made me cry cause i knew he wasn't gonna make it, the way Wendy was looking at him i could tell she knew she was turning him.

He's without a doubt one of the most tragic characters i've seen in a show, he's so caring and such a good guy, he just has a mental illness that he can't help that causes him to do dumb things, and because of the situation Marty and Wendy is in it cost him his life. I just felt so bad for him, and i felt really bad for Ruth too cause he's really the first guy whos really loved her and she lost him.

Can Netflix shows win Emmys? I've never watched (or cared about) award shows, so I'm not sure how that works.
