I can't vote. I am a legal permanent resident, not yet a US citizen. If I voted Democrat, that probably wouldn't make a difference to me.
I don't really believe in the concept of institutionalized racism in the present day. It was an issue, say, back in the 60s, but now by far the biggest problems faced by minorities are a result of their continued support for Democrat leadership.
