No doubt! About twenty years ago (so pre-Twitter) a Grateful Dead Usenet group I frequented would use the # symbol to denote sarcasm...It seemed to work really well and it's too bad that it was co-opted for use as the now ubiquitous hashtag!

Basically it says she was 20 with a 5 years old son in 2014, she gave birth at 14, should have been 13 or just over 14 when she got pregnant.

I think so. Checked IMDB history of the woman, and she did porn, and in the article she did porn to buy her son a bike.

The age matches, and the documentary was also from UK.
