Seriously lol every season he has some new version of an ugly bowl cut, is it some running joke with the show at this point to make his hair look as ugly as possible?

Now in middle school before and Will in S1, he looked like one of my classmates back then with the same dutch boy or bowl hair cut.
Anton Chigurh in "No Country for Old Men" had the same hair style and I believe it was set in 1983. I guess they think that was the "in" look of that time.
