What bothers you the most about this show?

What gets on your nerves the most?

To me:

- Make up. So we have smart people who also need to go through a lot of physical challenges and exercises to be a great 'agent' and then you have every girl looking like she just came to compete on America's next top model, full up make up all the freaking day. It's a small thing, but I'm still really bothered with that.

- Random stories, like Shelby sleeping with Caleb's father. Like wth? It's so stupid.

- Poorly developed characters, every problem they put up with these characters they just make it high schoolish. It's just so hard to take it seriously.

- Dialogue is terrible, again Gossip girl kind of thing.

- The expected unexpected twists. You know like when you watch a movies and it's been done that way for about 237856278 times and you just know the ending already? Same thing here. People that show nice side are actually not nice, people that are badass in the beginning show a soft side and so on...

I could literally go on till tomorrow. There is so many plot holes that I can't even count.

This show had potential to be something really good, if they just put a little bit more thinking in it.
I like the cast, probably the only good thing about the show, acting is more than decent but the storylines are just so lame.

Nothing against people liking it, I'm just putting it out there.

1. The jumping back and forth between time lines. It seems pointless and exhausting to the viewer.
2. In conjuction with my first point, the know it all posters who have to explain every little statement. We saw that on Lost where all the self appointed guru's had separate blogs.
3. The lead character, Alex, was always showing a lot of cleavage in training. My sister graduated from Quantico training and has said that that would be frowned upon and that the trainee would have been spoken to be a supervisor.

For season 2, the writers seem to be making things confusing just for the sake of making things confusing. Every episode brings more questions than it does answers. I'm not sure if it's the intent, but they are making this show hard to follow, even for viewers who are paying close attention to everything. None of the characters' actions make any sense.

Nothing you have to say is anywhere near as useful or important as you think it is.

#1,2and3: Alex is wayyy too whiny (in the same way that Liz gets dumber every episode in Blacklist) and sometimes the romance/ drama really slows (both)shows down.

To me:

Brandon Fletcher was a prominent character in season 1 during the flashbacks but was never used during the bombings. It's like the writers want us to forget that he was important to that group. Where did he go?

Alex Parrish having training from the CIA and FBI but still gets her ass kicked every week and lets her emotions get the best of her when people continue to lie. Also, does she have to suck up to every teacher she has?

Miranda having a terrorist son but still being allowed to run a division of the FBI. Season 1 we think she's up to something and Season 2 the same thing happens again.

Shelby Wyatt's search for power so that no one views her as some rich girl. At some point someone has to step and say your side mission is not helping the main mission.

Just in case you skipped over point one WHERE IS BRANDON FLETCHER?

reply

Although this season 2 - I think Miranda is actually in w/the terrorist as is Nima, and I think Ryan is too now, unless he's "undercover"- I also think that Dayana (attorney woman) maybe involved as well w/the terrorist.

How, why, when did Miranda, Nima and Ryan get involved w/the terrorist? I know they had a "secret meeting" before Shelby/Alex arrived b/c they walked in on the three talking and Shelby/Alex were like "what's going on"? Of course they didn't say .... EVERYTHING BOTHERS ME ABOUT THIS SHOW!!

RYAN/ALEX HAVE A WEIRD RELATIONSHIP! I mean does he really love Alex? I know she loves him but did the Farm change him somehow? All these flashbacks, present time is just too much all the time and it just confusing as hell!

WHERE IS BRANDON FLETCHER? That is one the questions I would love to know!

Too many supermodels, this show is totally fake and poorly made.

This show has a hateful, evil, anti-white female theme. And for this season, it seems to have especially focused on blonde females. Beheading the First Lady was plenty of overkill to start off the season, and instead of daring to anger any particular minority group, they just gruesomely kill off a sweet mother of two as the next victim. That's just plain Satanic and cowardly to kill off an innocent character rather than a minority character that might tick viewers off. May J.S. & Co. burn in hell for their villainous perspective.

To be honest first half of the first season wasn't that bad. The bombing of the Grand Central Station (I hope that's what it's called) was kinda believable but then the nuclear weapon??? Really?

Now we have some idiots taking over the entire district of the city filled with world leaders including the President of The United States. I mean how the hell a group of armed people took over the whole district? Unbelievable.

Now the CIA training is the exact copy of the first season but instead of the FBI we got CIA. So in season 3 (very unlikely by the way) we get... DEA? NCIS? NSA? Maybe ICE and fighting the "dangerous" Mexican immigrants since US chose Donald Trump for their president? The characters are also very poorly maintain. Where is Caleb, Brandon or Raina? Miranda is ridiculous, Nimah has nothing to do. Alex and Ryan... don't even worth mentioning.

I actually like the Harry-Sebastian story line and Dayana character she's good and evil at the same time. Léon is just a meat at this time. Literally he's there just to *beep* Shelby. I'm waiting for Claire Haas to bring the bitch inside of her and make the show watchable again.

I am sooooooooooooooo annoyed by Tracy Ifeachor's (Lydia Bates) "acting"! She does nothing but speak quietly to sound and look intelligent, her head holding high, looking at everyone from above all the time. Really bad acting, always the same. I want her gone from Quantico.

reply

Thank you! She's so wooden, doesn't seem like a real person, and she talks way too slow. Her drawn out speech pattern is probably why they keep having to cut critical scenes.

The acting is terrible.
