Great movie. Except one thing.

*spoilers*

That super human strength throw over the top rope. Everything else was believable till that one moment.
Still an amazing film.

yeah movie magic etc . whimsy
would be better if he just got him out the ring over thr rope, worse though we didnt see the crowd reaction .
bet they loved it
and then it finished all abruptly

Absolutely, just letting him go over the rope would have been perfect.

Yeah no reaction afterwards but least we see them all shocked when he’s got him above his head.

Next time i watch i’ll just think it’s how the Peanut Butter Falcon remembered the throw.

Yes, but it fitted so well into the story with how Zak could do the move his hero couldn't.

The probably best thing with that scene was how they led us (or me at least) to believe Zak would throw Samson on the bad guys (by accident) and save Tyler, which would have been more of a cliché.

Yeah that whole scene was silly. His opponent (the big friendly guy) suddenly turning into a complete asshole to everyone for NO reason other than for us to root for his demise, and then that preposterous cartoon throw.

They'd already jumped the shark with the physical stuff when he fired the shotgun and went flying backwards in that ridiculous way. They should have just had him let go and drop the shotgun in a panic, as people sometimes do in real life.

It was an ok movie but it would have been better without stupid elements like these.
