Name is funny, because in Romanian, gris is a cereal similar to Cream of Wheat

The last sanctioned duel might have been in 1547

I think that is why they stopped doing it. :) I suspect that many more people actually thought that god had a hand in stuff like that back then.

They used to burn people at the stake to determine their guilt or innocence. By comparison, a duel to the death is practically logical
