This just dawned on me (hear me out)

There's (almost) no feminine women on this show.

They are (almost) all bossy and agressive, confrontational.

When the new brunette showed up in season 5 i thought 'dang she acts just like beth'.

Then i started noticing every scene with a woman has that same bitchiness cocky attitude. And one by one as each woman came on screen i couldnt find one with a feminine vibe.

Not a complaint just an observation. I guess it's Taylor S pandering to the new cultural mood.

I think Monica fits the description of feminine.

Somewhat. But dont forget shecwent on that feminist anti columbus tirade in season 2.

If i had said almost no would you still have posted?

No...

Haha i suspected.

Okay i will edit my post now, in your honor.

Tips hat.

I am indeed honored.

Pro tip: maybe dont take everything so literal. Especially in an environment prone to hyperbole.

:)

So, it seems the larger point was lost because of my failure to be uber specific. I will go fall on my sword now...

reply

Yeah -- BUT -- ALL "Native Americans" go on an anti-Columbus rant, it is required in this day and age

I tend to agree with you. I do get a feminine vibe from former Governor Lynelle. Her character was/is in a power position but for me she doesn’t come across as bitchy/cocky. I like her character.

reply

i agree with you about her. i like her. I find her the most attractive of them all.

reply

Ditto!!! I wish she had more scenes. :)

reply

True. I think the point there're trying to make is that people in Montana are tough. Even women.
