Two more observations after seeing the movie again

In addition to my previous post I'm going to mention two more things that, at least, keep me thinking after watching the movie by 2nd time:
1) When Dr Strange appears at the end of the movie.. has he the Agamoto's eye??
2) Why Captain Marvel didn't put the gauntlet on her and did the finger' snap?? I mean, I don't realy need an asnwer here.. but I think this evidence the "plot holes" on the movie...

I think the problem with most of the film's plot holes boil down to "we did this for movie reasons" as opposed to "we wrote a kickass story that makes sense". It doesn't detract from the film's entertainment value that greatly, but it's not their best work, either.
