Great movie, very, very good effort. Just goes to show that Hollywood can make a great sequel if they care about it. The people behind Iron Man and Avengers could learn a thing or two about this.

I must agree. I didn't expect anything from the first movie and it turned out to be very good. I was sure this would be worse but it was actually even better than the first one, for me at least. The trailer contained all the worst jokes for a change.

No, not as good. Way too much chasing and fighting. Fell asleep three times during the final titanic battle, woke up each time and it was still going on. Tedious.

I think GOTG2 has a better and deeper story...But I think Its in no way a better overall movie...

GOTG2 is very good, but IMO I think GOTG is better...

I Rated GOTG a 9/10 and GOTG2 8/10....

I do love the Yondo story in GOTG2 though and Give Gunn credit for going with a Deep out of the box storyline for GOTG2...

GOTG2 was a worthy sequel
