I haven't seen some of these in a while but my list would be as follows:

5. Underworld: Rise of the Lycans

Haven't seen Blood Wars. The first 2 were honestly the only in the franchise I found watchable.

I haven't seen the 5th installment yet, going later this week...but my list below is as follows for now.

Rise of the Lycans (this should have been the first movie quite honestly.)
Evolution
Underworld
Awakening

I would say

I haven't seen Blood Wars yet, unfortunately.

But my ranking for the others would be:

1. Underworld
2. Underworld: Rise of the Lycans
3. Underworld: Evolution
4. Underworld: Awakening

I'm expecting Blood Wars to be ranked at #4 or #5, but I'm still really looking forward to it. So far the only one I flat out didn't like was awakening, so the franchise can still find its footing again, in my opinion.

Don't care about what comes after so I'm not going to rank them. They are just Resident Evil movies in a different setting.
