I feel like I have watched this movie before? Was there a similar movie last year?

It's not a similar movie, but "Everything is Illuminated" also has a character who killed Jews with the Nazis who lived a secret life for so long that only late in life did he remember doing so.

The "it was YOU all along" thing has been done quite a bit. This was a great use of it - didn't see it coming at all.

I didn't really like the "The Island" with Leo, but it had the premise.
