Why do we need a disaster movie from Norway?

While I really liked the wonderful camerawork and of course the scenery, I'm still asking myself: Why do we need a disaster movie from Norway?

I mean, it's something like Dante's Peak in Northern Europe. Without Pierce Brosnan but with stupid dialogues.

Because Hollywood *beep* is becoming quite unbearable. They take a normal situation and make it hyper-normal with additional sound effects, video effects and even unnecessary CGI and then irritating screams of kids and women.

Dramatization of Hollywood is to make the situation more severe than it actually is. The reason behind this is that they faced a fake 9/11 and they think now that screaming is the best way to grab viewer's attention. (now i know, everyone will come flocking around calling me racist LMAO).
