More Female Worship Makes Bad TV

Wow this looks bad. The love interest falling all over and worshipping Dorothy. His insistence she is the best, most wonderful entity in the universe. The female worship on broadcast TV is reaching such pathetic lows. Shows are unwatchable. All the story arcs are the same. Female warrior- of course. Who is never dealt with by men. Instead she dominates men while gossipy women whine about her. And then it's a snooze fest which tries to be covered up with makeup and costumes.

Ahhh, have you watched the classic movie lately?
Has it been too long?
Dorothy is very much the center of attention & when the others cower from the lion, she bops his nose.

Oz has always been centered on strong women.
The witches are all gals.
The wizard turns out to be a fraud

Men with flawless hair, teeth, skin, and baby face looks have dominated the screen for decades. Now it's women's turn to play the hero. Stop pouting like a little baby kicking your legs and enjoy it.

Everything can't always be about you.

The fact that Dorothy is also a woman of color is nothing short of amazing. More people are getting a turn at playing hero. Too bad that gets your panties all knotted up but that's your problem.

I'm sorry, did you not know this was loosely based on the Wizard of Oz? A movie (and books) about a GIRL that goes to Oz and helps out a bunch of new friends along the way. Friends who dote on her and help her, yada, yada...jeez...people need to quit their trolling and remember, Wizard of Oz was a MUSICAL starring a young girl who pretty much saves the day. You should have known what you were getting into. They were always female witches and the characters she helped were always male....like, what is the problem here??

yeah lol its based on Oz who is a female lead. and the reason she doesn't look like shes from Kansas is cause shes really not, she was adopted, if your watching the series, her biological mother is from Oz. and shes not really a Mary Sue, if her mother was from Oz and is a witch with magic, then she would have it too.
