I know some people are happy with how she looks, but I'm not.

I think she can still look a bit prettier. Why don't they model her more like the voice actress for Moana. That girl is beautiful.

This is what is wrong with society these days. Why on earth does a lead-character have to be pretty?

A lead character MUST attractive if it's a girl. Hollywood doesn't think it's impossible to empathize with a female if she isn't conventially pretty.

Have you seen any new pictures of her/the first footage video? She looks much better than her D23 Expo model.

She's gorgeous in some of the concept art I saw. Also, she's cute, shut up. Not more or less pretty thab Else or Anna or Rapunzel~ they're all kinda ugly with their huge eyes.

Also, Moana is 14, much younger than the princesses we've had for the past 7 years.

There's a meme going around saying all the CG Disney princesses have the same face, just different hairstyles. They might have a point (Rapunzel looks just like Anna and Elsa, just with yellowish hair).

So Moana might be a refreshing departure from the usual face we've been getting.

My only worry now is who can ever hope to match the gorgeous looks of Judy Hopps? It's like it's not even a fair battle.

I never understood people saying Rapunzel and Anna look the same when they don't really look alike. I mean they are obviously both white and CG maybe created with a similar style but their features are way different like almost everything to me is different as far as their complexion their hair, eye color and the shapes of all their features they are very distinct in my opinion. Anna and Elsa look a little more similar but duh they are sisters.
