shareTo be fair, there's only so many things you can animate for these feature films. It's either talking humans, talking animals/fantasy creatures, a universe of both, or anthropomorphic animals in a human-like world (with 4th-wall breaking references like Shrek).
Illumination already has the Secret Life of Pets, The Lorax and their Despicable Me/Minion movies. So I don't see why they have to stick to humans and Despicable Me type movies just because Disney is making Zootopia.

Please dude Zootopia looks disappointing as heck. Hardly laughed at that trailer let alone the tv spots. Sing doesn't look any more funny, but I do like the concept of it more.

First time in a long time that I know I'm going to see a film in the theater and buy it as soon as it comes out on Blue Ray. The previews are adorable. So far all the characters are my favorites. If I never see another superhero film I won't cry. They're all dark as night (in story & color)and all the action is lightning fast which is annoying.
