I know. He doesn't want to play Odin anymore for Thor, but his standards are low enough to do a Michael Bay Transformers movie.
shareWhy? Because there is barely a domestic market for the franchise. At this point they need a magic trick to get something out of the domestic box office. They want people to think the format has changed. They have A list actors in previous installments. Sir Anthony at least makes people look over at the franchise.
Will it work? No. Eventually they will have to release the metal on metal trailer for international audiences. The actors were never the issue. The plot and execution of these movies are terrible.
He's making money. Actors don't do this for their health, see?
