Will there be throat rippings in this?

He already said "pain don't hurt" so maybe there will be?

reply

That is the most iconic scene in the movie, without it will be like Top Gun 2 without Danger Zone, people will go crazy.

reply

I could happily live without it to be fair , whilst its certainly notorious , gory , sickening , effective , for me its just "ew"
also a bit of a "low blow" , like a kick in the balls .

If he'd have ripped his heart out Indiana Jones stlye it'd be more symbolic and way cooler :) , if a little more unrealistic.

WHAT IF HE GOES FOR THE THROAT RIP AND IT ONLY HALF WORKS?...HE GETS HIS FINGERS STUCK IN THE GUYS NECK...BIT OF A COMEDIC/GROSS MOMENT.

You should really check out MacGruber (2010) if you still haven't

The opening scene from the trailer was a slap fight. Really? Swayze would not approve.πŸ˜‚

reply

There better fucking be.

Even if its the last fight with Connor McGregor and he finishes him off this way.

That'll be enough.

reply

I'm guessing Dalton will have a new brutal Fatality to give the movie something different.

reply

Like he punches through his ribcage, tears out a rib, then stabs him in the throat with it.

Go straight up Mortal Kombat with it.

reply

All reviews seem to say he doesn't do any throat ripping in the movie. I guess you have to leave some things alone for the legend that was Patrick Swayze.

reply

I would think the throat ripping would be more subtle in this movie. The kinder technique of throat ripping fits Jake's style a little better. Most likely, he slowly puts his hand on the throat and very very slowly rips it out. lol... they might even use slow-motion when he pulls off this move...

reply

Nope. Unless I missed it while using the bathroom.

SPOILER

He punches out a guy's trachea -- and tells him that this is exactly what he did -- and knocks him into the marina ocean. The guy can't talk or breathe...death is implied.

reply

This is accurate
