shareI was not on drugs. And while I tend to not want to label it "great" (as that's a very strong word I would only reserve for what I truly feel IS great)... I thought the movie was very, very good.
shareI liked the movie for what it is, an action comedy. Generally, I find a lot of people who bitch about these movies are unable to understand the concept of a movie that is meant to be fun. It's not trying to be held up as an indictment of governmental treatment of society, it's not a commentary on pot/drug culture, or any other so-called "issue.". It's meant to be fun and entertaining, that's all. In that, I think it succeeded, but I'm not a hipster douchebag trying to prove that I'm a genius who is far more qualified to judge the entertainment value for we, the little people.

This is how I felt about it. It was entertaining. A good movie to just chill out and watch. Sometimes you just want something light and goofy. The blood was a little much, but not gross out. It wasn't super deep or hilarious or great, but it was good and I'm glad I rented it. I actually liked KS in this and I don't usually like her, but she was good here.
