Trailer
Since the movie's due in September, we haven't got much since then, maybe we'll get a preview at cinemacon this year, but I feel like that something isn't right with the final cut, maybe be a let down like 3.

shareThey are trying to sell it to streaming. This means no trailer until the new owners say so!
shareIs that a fact? They want to dump it on streaming? Well, that's encouraging...
shareStill not sold 🤷♂️
shareMust be a real turd...
shareHard to say but probably 🤷♂️ there are some discrepancies regarding the budget. The streaming studios feel that Liongate are inflating the production costs in order to obtain a higher selling price. The production is also contracted to a theatrical release. However that is easy to omit with a short theatrical run in limited screens!
Who ever financed this will take a loss.
According to test screenings it's not good at all. Feels very cheap and low budget compared to the previous 3. If that's true I wouldn't be shocked to see this end up on streaming.
shareHa they claim the budget is 100 millioner USD! Not likely. LOL
sharei knew it! its just a test movie for a low budget Expendables stdvd movie series with Z list action 'stars' (and the occastional previous A lister for half a days shooting spread throughout the film Willis style)
shareI think you nailed it there.
shareyeah, i think you got it. they're also doing this same thing with the "Has Fallen" movies. I think this is gonna be a big trend with action movies moving forward.
shareyeh otherwise its just no name action titles like the ones BWillis was doing where there was no reason for fans to watch them aside him being in them as some random character. but with a known franchise like Expendables, Has Fallen etc they get the fans to buy them even if thou its the same low budget crap and starring no names (with the likes of Stallone making 2 minute cameos as their franchise characters), wait they already did this with Escape Plan. so now its Expendables turn lol
