This movie was beyond brilliant, it's horrible that people nowadays can't realize good visual storytelling when they see it. I don't think there was anything confusing, it's based off a classic Italian fairytales, this is to me a modern day version il Decameron. Reviewers will give a tasteless piece of garbage like Batman vs Superman a 6 rating. This should have a 10.

My thoughts exactly! After the third time I watched it, I decided to give it a 10 (had given it an 8 first time). The movie is a masterpiece, on many levels.

I have just watched this Movie and I was stunned by the brilliance behind it.
You can see by the detail in places, buildings, fauna and dress that they have taken the time to produce a brilliant motion picture.
I gave it a 9 but think I need to change it to 10
I agree - it deserves much more. But sadly it things like Batman vs Superman that appeal to the masses - much like politics really.

All three are dark, grim, gorgeous fairy tales. I'm sure you haven't even seen Batman v Superman, though. Wouldn't want to do anything that might lump you in with the masses, of course. Even though Batman v Superman seems to be more disliked by the masses than liked. Although, most people experienced the film only in its heavily edited theatrical cut.

Yeah, well, the majority of people have bad taste, simple as that. That is why a book like 50 shades of grey is a best seller, stuff like Lady gaga is on the top of the charts etch... I loved this film, might become one of my favourite films ever, and I honestly do not take in consideration ratings on IMDB.
