Deb's Ethnic Friend

They thought they were going to sneak this one past us, and they were right — until they started pushing for some kind of romantic relationship between her and Dexter. They just can't help themselves, always pushing for race mixing.

reply

just what you would expect from Hollywood these days

reply

It's anti-White propaganda plain and simple. They are trying to erase us and our culture.

reply

Bro just stop. You sound like a f'ing moron .. 😏

reply

I ain't you bro.

reply

Yeah no shit Bruh. I would be embarrassed if I were you. 😂

reply

You should be embarrassed, just not for that reason.

reply

Bro what the hell is wrong with you? Why do you hate poc?

reply

I don't hate them.

reply

Don't hate...repatriate!

I don't normally run into your posts in individual boards. I'm about to finish this Dexter and am impressed with how surprisingly good it was, up to and including Dexter having no time for this ho.

reply

That's right. Don't hate.. Repatriate!!

Yeah, the show is fantastic — I loved it. I was skeptical at first because it felt a bit like a fake Dexter skit, but the actors really grew into their roles, and it now truly feels like Dexter. It’s quite impressive. I can’t wait for season 2. If the quality stays consistent, we could have a great Dexter series for years to come. And of course, there’s also Dexter: Resurrection — I’m hoping that will be as good as this show.

reply

Sounds like you do bro....

reply

I don’t. I simply want White people to have their own exclusive spaces — their own shows and movies — without diversity being forcibly injected into everything. What I truly despise are the Wokes. I hate them with a fiery passion. I suppose blacks and gays are merely collateral damage in my quest to eradicate them.

reply

He does hate them. He's an incel racist piece of shit.

reply

Yeah I know he is. He is trying to justify it but it's not working.

reply

They ARE in Miami. The odds are pretty good.

reply

In the original series, Dexter never dated or showed interest in people of color. Even at his high school reunion, all his friends were White.

reply

Did they start dating in episode 3? I'm on episode 2 and he was not interested.

Signed, million man.

reply

No, they’re not dating, but it definitely seems like things might be heading that way. I’m just complaining a bit in advance. I’m not totally sure if they will, though — on one hand, I don’t really see Dexter as the dating type, not this early in his life. But I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a short storyline where he and the ethnic friend at least give it a go.

What do you think of the show so far? Aside from that one complaint, the only other thing I’d criticize is that it kind of feels like an imitation of Dexter — like a skit or something. But honestly, I’m still enjoying it for the most part.

reply

"it kind of feels like an imitation of Dexter — like a skit or something. But honestly, I’m still enjoying it for the most part."

Spot on. Its like a broadway show called Dexter.

reply

I caught it on cable and hated it then watched it again with the wife and I love it now. I'll take more Dexter.

Signed, million man.

reply

I love Dexter. Even the series finale grew on me after I rewatched it a couple of times. I’m giving this new show a chance — despite some of my criticisms, I think it’s got potential. I don’t know if you’ve heard, but there’s another Dexter show coming out this summer. It’s a sequel to the last series called Dexter: Resurrection. I have no idea where they’re planning to go after the last season, but I’m excited — as long as they don’t shove any woke shit into it. And if they do you can bet that I'll be here complaining about it.

reply

I am not sure he is at all interested in Sophia except to get back the earrings. You know LaGuerta came on to Dexter too. In S1ep5, “I don’t really care about girls.”

Dexter in S2 was attracted to Lila because she was insane and Rita started as something else because she was damaged and it was to his benefit to fit in. Lumen was a true love interest the story and off screen. So, he doesn’t really have a type. Creating a post about an ethnic friend is an unfair outrage - half the original characters are ethnic. It is Miami. I can only think that it really isn’t ethnic you are referring to but black, not Asian or Latino, but black. There’s nothing wrong with the casting of this actress. She has a place in this. And she is extremely pretty. I am having more trouble with the casting of Deb. Maybe I just liked Jennifer too much as she was really one of a kind.

reply

A few things: First, I’m creating a post about the ethnic friend because I’ve got negro fatigue — I’m tired of these people being shoehorned into every show. Second, the name of the crazy one was Lila, not Lilith, and Dexter’s wife was Rita, not Julie — Julie is the actress’s name. Also, the last series wasn’t called Resurrection — that’s the new show coming out next summer. The one you watched was called Dexter: New Blood.

With that out of the way, yes, I know Dexter has no real interest in Sofia, but that doesn’t mean he won’t end up going on a date with her. I can easily see a scenario where the dad or Debra pushes him into it, or Sofia comes on strong and Dexter agrees to go along with it, maybe to be polite or for some other reason.

And finally, I agree with you about Debra. I don’t hate the actress, but I don’t particularly like her either. Like you, I just miss Jennifer Carpenter — she was incredible. It’s tough for anyone to fill her shoes

reply

I changed the Lilith/Julie thing 2 minutes after I posted. It’s been a while - a decade at least. You must have taken your time to write and post your comment. Thanks for telling me about Resurrection. I had no idea. I will look forward to seeing it. If only — they could just redo everything from S6 on as well.

I am not sure we will see Sophia again except as Deb’s friend. She’s underage. There would be no point. But I do think she’s a beautiful girl. Much more attractive than Deb. There were a lot of ‘negroes and Hispanics’ in the original. Sounds like you were fine with that. If they have new stories - which they should - there are going to be more negroes, Hispanics - because it’s Miami. Like Doakes, Anton.

So far, they have done a good job with casting (not crazy about Deb) and all of the episodes are recreations of past stories already done. So we are seeing again what we have already seen. Hoping for good writing for the new stories going forward and Deb’s way of talking - like “Christ on a bike.” “I’d rather put a campfire out with my face.”

reply

Yeah, I really hope they give Deb some good one-liners. Her foul mouth was legendary.

reply

Deb was annoying in the original series and she's annoying in this one, too

reply

My theory is confirmed. Dexter is dating the ethnic friend. I knew they were going to try to make it a thing.

reply

Yeah. You were right. When I saw that, I wondered if you’d post anything. But really. You might be the only one who cares. And maybe the 3 others on this post. She’s a beautiful girl. A little Pocahontas-y. So far, the best looking on this series. I still think she must be underage. But this is another time. Will you stop watching it now that they had a date. Series is actually quite good.

reply

I agree that she’s not the worst-looking girl I’ve seen, and I don’t have a problem with her as a person or even as a character. My issue lies with the writers and producers who went out of their way to make her mixed-race, clearly to push their diversity agenda. That’s what really pisses me off.

But to answer your question, no, I won’t stop watching. It’s just a minor annoyance. I really like the show and am in for the ride.

reply

She fits in though. I don’t think they went out of their way.

You have LaGuerta. Doakes. Bautista. Masuka. Jimmy Smits as Prado. If she were from the original, it wouldn’t be an issue. It seems. For you.

reply

It's not that I have an issue with her because she's mixed race — it's the blatant agenda of pushing miscegenation that bothers me. I don’t want to see Dexter, a White man, paired with a Black woman. This is the new trend in Hollywood, where diversity is being forced at every turn, and now they've escalated to promoting race-mixing.

Usually, they pair White women with Black men, but now they’ve even started showcasing White men with Black women. I find it repulsive — not only because I oppose miscegenation, but because I refuse to be subjected to this form of social engineering as part of some neo-Marxist cultural revolution these people are pushing.

reply

It’s not a new trend. Recall Eiger Sanction.

A lot of people who are of mixed race are so because their fathers raped their mothers. Hop on down to New Orleans.

reply

It’s definitely a new trend. I’m not saying it never happened before — because it did. Even the original Star Trek had that iconic episode with Kirk kissing Uhura, the first interracial kiss on screen, and it was a big deal at the time. What I’m pointing out is that now there’s a clear trend in Hollywood, pushing miscegenation. This started about two to three years ago and really ramped up around late 2023. I’ve started noticing that almost every new movie or show I see features a mixed-race couple. I’m sick of it. I’m sick of the social engineering, I'm sick of the agendas, and I'm sick of the Wokes. I want them all rounded up and removed from society — they are a cancer.

Now finally, it seems like we have Trump, who’s actually doing something about it. I didn't vote for the guy, but what he’s doing with all the DEI garbage, purging it from the government and putting pressure on other sectors to purge it too, looks really promising. And it’s starting to look like Hollywood might finally abandon DEI too, which means this decade-long woke nightmare we’ve been living through might finally come to an end

reply

I agree with you about most new programs featuring mixed race couples until I saw the Paris Olympics where everyone was mixed race. But it does seem manipulative and feels in-your-face. And I agree with you on the bad casting - it just doesn’t work - bad casting is bad casting. In the sense of how realistic it would be in a time period where a lot of things just wouldn’t happen. I work with a lot of professional people who have mixed race or black children whether they were biological or adopted and that goes back longer than a decade or who are gay. So that part is real. But when I look at film or a TV series, I do look at the casting and if it’s not right, I have a problem with it. This is also for characters who are white. Actors and actresses with no chemistry. I particularly hated the casting of Titanic.

But then it works both ways. There were a lot of black characters in literature and stories and films who were played by white actors with makeup. One I recall was when Ava Gardner played Julie in Showboat and Ava would visit her friend Lena Horne - and say, this part should have been yours.

Have you ever had your DNA tested for your ancestry.

reply

I haven’t taken a test myself, but my first cousin has, and he's 99.99% Polish. Both my parents, along with their parents and grandparents, all come from Poland. On my father's side, I descend from a centuries-old bloodline and a noble family that’s well-known in Poland. So, I’m pretty confident that I’m 99.99% Polish as well. I wish I could tell you my name so you can look it up, but I don't want to dox myself.

reply

No. You don’t have to do that. My best friend since I was 14 is half Polish. She found out she was 1/8 Ashkenazi Jewish - which I think is rather funny because her family was so anti-Jewish.

reply

Yeah, it’s strange. There is a lot of anti-Semitism in Poland, but I’ve always had a positive view of Jews — just regular European Jews, not the bankers or Zionists. In fact, the region of Poland I come from, northeastern Poland, had a large Jewish community before the war. There’s even some cultural overlap between my ancestors and Jews; we share certain words in our language from that area, as well as some customs and foods. However, everyone on both sides of my family, going back a long way, were Catholic Christians, so I doubt I have any Ashkenazi Jewish DNA. But honestly, I’d be fine with it if it turned out to be the case. I would still consider myself Polish and White.

reply

So, your cousin’s test - says Polish - not Slavic. I just sent mine in. I can’t figure out how they do it as far as really narrowing it down. Have you gone back to Poland - I am assuming you are in the states. Can you speak Polish? There are a couple of TV series from Poland that I love more than anything.

With Ashkenazi, I would mostly be afraid of the BRCA genes and chances with cancer. With ancestry, I don’t care about anything but the medical stuff, and yet I don’t want to know that part. But it must be weird to be brought up thinking you were one thing, and end up being something else especially if that something else is something you didn’t ever want to be and were taught to hate.

reply

My cousin mentioned that his test results said he’s Polish — he didn’t say Slavic. I’m not sure. I’d have to take the test myself to understand how it works, and then I’d feel more confident discussing it. But yeah, he told me his result was something like 99.9% Polish.

And yes, I’ve been back to Poland many times since I came to the States in 1987. In fact, I might actually be going back sometime this year. I speak Polish fluently with the correct accent, which I’m proud of, considering that most people I know who came to the U.S. as kids and have been here as long as I have either don’t speak Polish well or, at best, speak with an American accent. I speak like a native Polish speaker. The only issue is that, compared to English, my lexicon is quite limited. I can have simple conversations about everyday things, but it’s really hard to engage in philosophical discussions in Polish. I just don’t have that extended vocabulary. Basically, my Polish is at a high school level, even though I came to the U.S. when I was 5 and only took two years of Polish school here to learn how to read and write. I was lucky that pretty much all my friends and girlfriends are Polish so I always had someone to talk to in Polish over the years.

reply

My friend’s mother taught me how to make pierogi when I was 15 - but not my friend, her daughter. She was a fabulous cook and one of the most magnificent women I have ever met. She could speak Polish. From Ohio. My friend preferred her Dad’s ancestry which was English and orange Irish.

Did you ever see Polish Wedding? She kind of reminded me of the mother, except she was blonde, erudite, not religious at all, and they were extremely affluent. But she did reign over the family and she loved family.

reply

Polish food is fantastic, though I’ll admit I’m not a fan of pierogi. Everything else, though, is absolutely delicious. My grandma was an incredible cook, and everything she made was amazing.

I hadn’t heard of Polish Wedding before, but I just looked it up — it has a great cast! Looks like I’ll need to add it to my must-watch list.

reply

Are you caught up yet? Have you seen the latest episode? I’m referring to 1x6, not 1x7.

reply

I saw the bj in the bathroom if that's what you mean.

Signed, million man.

reply

Yes, that’s exactly what I was referring to. It played out almost exactly as I predicted a few weeks ago—Debra set up the date, the ethnic girl came on strong, and Dexter went along with it to keep up the facade of being ‘normal.’ Bonus: he got a BJ as a reward. LOL.

Here’s what I said in my post from a few weeks ago:
"With that out of the way, yes, I know Dexter has no real interest in Sofia, but that doesn’t mean he won’t end up going on a date with her. I can easily see a scenario where the dad or Debra pushes him into it, or Sofia comes on strong and Dexter agrees to go along with it, maybe to be polite or for some other reason."

reply

She is so hot by the way

reply

But she's black.

reply

I haven't seen this series, so who is being talked about here? Is it Christina Milian? She's pretty attractive, so no reason a guy wouldn't be into her. Though I find her weird obvious lipo tummy off putting.

But Dexter stupidly killed his soulmate Lila back in S2. No woman after that has been as perfect for him as she was.

reply

No, not a character in past series. Very small part. A date with Deb’s very pretty high school friend, Sophia. Played by Raquel Justice. Daughter of David Justice. The baseball player. And Rebecca Villalobos. Curious Minds is against any kind of miscegenation. That is, he prefers no blacks with whites or his words. No negroes.

Lila was never Dexter’s soulmate. He went all the way to London to kill her. Rita was someone who was sweet and gave him a place socially that he yearned for. Lumen was Dexter’s soulmate and great love. Season 5.

Lila and Doakes were great characters with great endings.

reply

Dexter didn't kill Rita. John Lithgow's character did out of revenge.

Last year, I was wandering around Big Lots waiting for my car to get inspected and came across this mattress product:

Needless to say, I was pretty bummed out by what our society has turned into. I guess Big Lots is bankrupt now and closing all their stores. Go woke go broke in action!

reply

What's funny is the same thing is going on in Europe. Even in countries like Poland that are 99% White these globo-homo companies are pushing ads with mixed race couples. It's disgusting.

reply

they look so natural relaxing on that beautiful mattress

I just saw Episode 6, and looks like Deb's friend is REALLY desperate...
She put Dexter's hand onto her breast in public AND blew him in the bathroom without him showing any interest in her during the entire double date!
