I take it that Christians hate this movie, right?
You know how they get when people don't accept the existance of God as a fact.
shareYou know how they get when people don't accept the existance of God as a fact.
shareYou do realise that not only Christians believe in God, right?
You're using the term "Christian" very broadly anyway. I would say your view of Christians is far more narrow minded than what you think Christians feel about people not accepting God. There are plenty of Christians who enjoyed the movie, including those who made it.
I'm talking specifically about American, conservative Christians.
shareYou might make that clearer. Your subject line makes you look like a putz.
shareAs a conservative American Christian, I can't answer your question. I haven't seen the movie yet. Too busy loving the last movie I saw about a gay man inventing a computer in the 40s to save the world from Nazis. It wasn't historically accurate in a vast number of places, but it was still a great film.
"Theory" is still on my to-do list.

If you want the historical accurate version, you should watch the American masterpiece U-571.
You ain't got a license to kill bookies and today I ain't sellin any. So take your flunky and dangle
Please don't narrow the definition of a Christian to American conservatives. The spectrum of people of the Christian faith is very wide and very diverse.
shareYou take it wrong, right? I'm a Christian and I thoroughly enjoyed the film. Maybe instead of throwing out generalisations about how 'they' get, you could ask them first?

He takes a guess and projects it to the world and then you eat it up.
The hero worship of guys like Hawking who does not have the universe figured out at all. He takes a guess and projects it to the world and then you eat it up. Total hypocrisy.
Nope, I'm Christian and loved this movie.
