"Life on Mars" -- the UK version, not the American version.
Most episodes of "Quantum Leap."
For the record, I have not seen this yet, but I plan to watch it. As far as time travel TV, there's always "Quantum Leap." I'm not sure I'd necessarily call it great, but it is what it is.

it's not exactly time travel, but one of my favorite future/past type movies is Frequency with Dennis Quaid and Jim Caviezel. It's kind of old now (from 2000), but still so good. Its about a guy who talks to his [ dead ] father on an old ham radio, but his dad is talking to him from 30 yrs in the past. the son tries to stop his dad from dying.
