Garbage 2nd half

Looked like it might get interesting after a promising and semi interesting dialogue in the first half.

But blimey, what a piece of junk in the 2nd half

reply

movie definitely falls off the rails shortly after half-time.
like why are the girls just not camping in the living room waiting for the elder to show up?

are they honestly afraid of the boomer and his hideous sweater..

reply

Yes..they are 19-20, I experienced and naive.

reply

They behave like two woke lefties confronted with facts outside of their bubble. The moment they are running out of arguments they start to think about killing their opponent...

reply

Or storming the Capitol because things didn't go their way . . .

reply

Or spreading the same retarded lies they learned from The View over and over again... πŸ™„

reply

Everything always falls back to the same old thing. Why is that? People DID storm the Capitol. All that election fraud seems to have gone away and nobody from the left is storming the Capitol next month. What's the movie have to do with woke leftists?

reply

Yeah, "people" storming the Capitol.
"How many of them were undercover agents?" - And no answer to this from the chief of the Feds...

What the movie has to do with woke leftists? Metaphors, just metaphors...

reply

Shut the fuck up about your cretinous binary politics bullshit.

Take that somewhere else.

reply

Oh, look, another freedom of speech lover... πŸ™„

Boomer Sweater

The first half was definitely stronger. No question.

The second half devolved into the standard fare for these type of films, too bad it didn't stay as clever as the first half or it might have been a real classic.

reply

Spot on. The movie was absolute garbage in the 2nd half, as though it was filmed by a different director. Cheap gibberish crap. The absolute worst.

reply

Reminded me of Barbarian. Great first half and then spirals down.
