Maybe this is better than I thought, Eli Roth saw it and tweeted:

Okay...saw the very 1st screening of Devil's Due. Scariest found footage film since Paranormal Activity. It's so scary. Like Conjuring scary. Don't pre-judge Devil's Due because Rosemary's Baby is a holy grail movie. It's so smart, creative, inventive, and fun. Very very scary. The guys at Radio Silence killed it. Devil's Due is a legit scary, smart, horror film. So many awesome scenes. I loved it.

Now I'll see it for sure!

don't really give a *beep* about the bad reviews. i loved paranormal activity ( it´s on my favorites of all time ) , and this movie is the "found footage" that comes closer to it. It could be better though, i admit, but its enjoyable for the sub-genre lovers.

I liked it too. It was just a simple, creepy horror film. It had some genuinely creepy scenes.

I found (and still do) Paranormal Activity to be VERY scary.
I love demonic *found footage* style films.

The Conjuring wasn't even memorable. Sinister was creepy-crawly but was uneven & the villain needed more screen time.

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?

Eli Roth is retarded. This is by far the worst "found footage" movie I have ever seen. Completely dull and not a single scary scene. I was actually laughing during the climax because the Satanic symbol looked like the fcking Quake 2 logo.
