Damn, I agree! I never hated a fictional kid character as much, and wanted him to die (in series, of course) already, together with his stupid father.
This kid is evil, has been from start. He would likely become sociopath, that's scary. Imagine how many serial killers started of as cute kids? And he is not that young, not to know what he has done. Nuke the town? Spread deadly disease? Done. All by prepubescent kid, just because his father is stupid enough to have detonator in his reach.
I mean if you have such dangerous detonator, keep it with you!
