She is.

I'm "black Irish"....does that count?

Blacks make up less than 1% of the population of Idaho. What percent should they make up in TV Idaho?

reply

The town's population was from all over, not only Idaho. They just all ended up in Idaho.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

Trolls be trolling. There are black, but their not the stars.

Pilcher set out to recruit people with a certain education/proven skill set, etc.

If there were 100 doctors to choose from, and only 30 or so were of some minority, then the odds are one of them wouldn't be picked.
It says more about the state of education/occupations of people today that he had to select from than it does about him being some kind of bigot that wasn't trying to be as diverse as possible.

And you would think that the vast majority of people selected were residents of Idaho at the time, making it easier and quicker to kidnap/transport them, hence why most are white. But I'd like to know how 1000s of people were managed to be taken, especially if they were all taken from the same state.

OP is a troll who tries to wind up racists like himself. How can anyone be so stupid to not realize it? No people who support BLM would trivialize this cause.

I don't recall hardly seeing any Asians or Hispanics... so there.

reply

I haven't read all the posts, so this may have been said.

But there are quite a few black and Asian residents, probably similar to the real US population splits.

Also, in all honesty, if this stuff were real, it would probably be smart to only have one race, period

In a world where you want as little dissension as possible, you would probably want the people to be as similar as possible.
Any possibility of claims of discrimination of any sort would just be a distraction. So, eliminate it from the beginning.

because they didn't want all the stores to get looted and the white women to get raped

Agreed

Guys wake up and STOP FEEDING THE TROLL!!!

Notice the OP never came back to the thread.

They threw out the bait and you all swallowed it.

Definitely a troll post.

But actually, it would have been a stronger artistic statement by the show's creators if Pilcher had only chosen whites for his Master Race. Problem is that too many viewers would have seen this only as a racist choice by the creators to cast whites on the show.

Perhaps hollywood should start casting Hitler as a black person - you know, for diversity's sake.
