Putting monkeys in SW is one of the biggest, dumbest mistakes out of the millions of mistakes in TROS.

I was like o.O what am I watching.

It was a monkey with a helmet on welding Kylo Ren's mask.

The First Order literally hired a monkey to weld Kylo Ren's mask.

i thought i saw yoda like ears on that monkey. sw seems to just combine earth animals to make new ones (especially in mandalorian)- or they just bring back old creatures from the lucas days (but i like the nostalgia)

I thought it was supposed to be some sort of homage to Episode 5, because Lucas’s original plan was to have Yoda be played by a chimpanzee with green dyed fur. This was changed when animals rights stepped in and said it would be abusive to continuously dye the fur of a chimp green, plus the strenuous work ours that the chimp would have to be on set for.
