The sad thing is that new and crappy films in a series can spoil your enjoyment of the classics. James Bond is a great example. Daniel has retroactively spoiled the fun going all the way back to 1962. All of those movies are just a little bit tainted and it's more difficult to enjoy them now. You'll never get the feeling back that you had when you previously enjoyed it. That's the way it is with SW now. I have little interest in going back to watch the OT, and I wouldn't let my kids watch SW now.
