Hype for this should be through the roof
Seems like no on cares. Why?
shareLoL
Why don’t you just think about it for a while.
Everyone is all meh about Star Wars these days, and why not?
Star Wars is a dead franchise. Sure it'll make some amount of money, but the days of Star Wars movies being a global must see event are over. Disney killed it. They had no over arching plan, filled it with SJW politics, killed the past (that almost everyone wanted to see) and filled it with bland characters that most people did not like. Disney got what they deserved. However, the fans got f'd.
shareYou nailed it. I for one will not be buying a ticket, which would have been unthinkable ten years ago.
shareI never made it through all of TFA, and I only saw the trailer for TLJ (I have watched lots of entertaining youtube reviews on it though). I knew when disney said that they were ignoring the EU and all of Lucas's ideas that the franchise was doomed. Sure a lot of the EU was bad, but a lot of it was great. And Lucas was the father of the franchise and they just ignored him.
shareExactly. So disrespectful for them to think that they knew better than the creator where the creator’s story should go. Disrespectful and foolish.
shareYeah, I've always been a "first showing" guy all my life for SW, but The Last Jedi ended that streak.
shareLooks like a lot of people in the same boat. I gave up the first showing after TFA and swore off spending another dollar after TLJ.
shareYeah, I actually walked out midway through TFA. It was so bad that I couldn't stomach it. I think I left right after the giant CGI monsters that Han was smuggling showed up. That $#!t was Syfy channel bad.
shareHan, Luke and Leia are dead like this franchise.
shareLuke is dead.
Han is dead.
Leia is VERY dead.
The new characters are crap.
What is there to be hyped about?
What do you mean, Leia is "VERY" dead? Carrie Fisher is sadly passed away, but I wouldn't be surprised if Kennedy nor Abrams would even have the guts to kill off Leia. Well, we'll see.
GET HYPED !!!!!
