James Spader's performance as Ultron was brilliant

At first I thought he made Ultron sound too human, but then he grew on me after the 2nd viewing. The acting and the entire demeanor of Ultron/James Spader was brilliant.

"I can't physically throw up in my mouth." - best line ever!

Agreed.

Although, interestingly, his style reminds me a little of Daniel Jackson as played by Michael Shanks, more than Spader's version, but whose character was initially based upon Spader's portrayal. Go figure.
