At first I thought he made Ultron sound too human, but then he grew on me after the 2nd viewing. The acting and the entire demeanor of Ultron/James Spader was brilliant.

I think it was horrible, as the whole time I got the impression that I was watching Raymond Reddington from The Blacklist, but in robot form. They had the same mannerisms, same off-topic little stories, same type of sarcasm, same off-topic comments and it completely threw off my suspension of disbelief.
