Don't get me wrong...I think it is an EPIC scene.....but when the fight breaks out, what happens to those other diners....the serving staff...the cooks in the kitchen....the manager, etc, etc?

Once they start fighting, the train is completely empty. I suppose Bond's gun going off caused everyone to run to other cars.
