Nope. I love hellboy, but this trailer looks awful.

The trailer didn’t exactly knock my socks off... you can say it wasn’t what I expected... but my interest in this new Hellboy remains strong. Harbour looks perfect as expected and Ian McShane is Ian McShane (which is also perfect).

As strange as it sounds - for me it looked like a good reboot of the 'Ghostbusters'.

This movie is being very aggressively spun by Mignola himself, Harbour himself, and others. And saying shit like "don't trust the trailers, we didn't cut them, it's going to be very dark, trust us." Yeah, that's a thing about Hollywood. The filmmakers aren't in charge of marketing. But Jesus. That footage is THERE to use. They didn't pixie dust that shit into existence. I straight up don't like how Hellboy looks, Harbour is too plastered in prosthetics. "Don't worry, I chop up lots of stuff with the flaming sword!" What? IDK man. Look, i'm the guy that's still waiting for a Batman Detective Movie. Nothing is going to make me happy.
