The purge is unsustainable

It definitely needs to be 'only murder is legal' rather than 'everything is legal'.

good point , lets limit it to the less serious crimes that can be just laughed off as "a bit of mischief"

They couldn't be charged for the not-illegal dumping but could probably be sued and forced to pay for the environmental cleanup.
