Man, she was stunning beautiful and intelligent, but she was also one of the most wicked and evil characters I have ever seen in a movie; she was a true psychopath who deserved to die. But, because she was the main villain, her torture (trap) was anticlimactic and not torturous enough compared to the others. Sure, getting her head stuck bending over alone in a deserted building and dying of thirst and starving is bad, and she was probably not found until she was a skeleton, but I was expecting something more painful for her, being she was so evil and the main villain. Can you think of a better trap/torture for her?

i think John and Amanda planned too much way ahead of themselves. What if something didnt actually go right there way?

especially when John had to deal with his blood waterboarding trap whether he planned it that far ahead of Cecilia to turn the tables on him etc.

Parker did have the gun. Plus Amanda wasnt shackled so Parker would have shot her just in case which would have screwed up John and Amanda's final plan

I don't think Cecilia is dead. She likely shows up in the next film.

No. she got locked in since the door was automatically shut and locked. She was pretty much stuck in that office room area. Starved to death or whatever. Plus that head hole was probably too small for her to even try to get out anyway

She was no longer locked in after the gas shut off. She survived the three minutes and won her game. The door unlocked and she was free to go. She is absolutely alive and will probably show up later.

No, she didn't play the game that he told her she had to play or she wouldn't leave alive... she played a different game because of the double cross and earned the right to live, not leave.

I think you are right, now. I thought the last part (after the credits started rolling) would have Amanda going back and killing Cecilia in a horrible way. Amanda hated Cecilia and would have found a suitable death trap for Cecilia.

Agree...without a definitive on-screen death she is most likely still alive and will show up in the future.

Besides, once the time clock struck 00:00 the gas stopped pumping into the room that she was trapped in. I imagine after several excruciating hours it would disperse enough so that she wouldn't have to keep her head stuck through that hole. It's not implausible that she would then figure out a way to escape.

She's an excellent villain, though.
