So what are some other really great Horror Comedies that I should add to my collection? I already own the following : Club Dread, Shaun Of the Dead, Idle Hands, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, Zombieland, Zombeavers, Burying The Ex, Life After Beth, The Final Girls, The Voices.
Feast (2005) Heubhyeol hyeongsa na do-yeol (2006) (Vampire Cop Ricky) Doghouse (2009) Jennifer's Body (2009) Teeth (2007) John Dies at the End (2012) Bubba Ho-Tep (2002) Grabbers (2012) Warm Bodies (2013) You're Next (2011) (the comedy/parody is so dark in this one that a lot of people can't see it) All Cheerleaders Die (2013) Hell Baby (2013) Call Girl of Cthulhu (2014) Nina Forever (2015) Infestation (2009) Bad Milo! (2013) Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer (2007) I Sell the Dead (2008) Evil Aliens (2005) Fright Night (1985)
Hard to believe no one has mentioned the very best: Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948). The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967) and Pretty Maids All in a Row (1971) are great too.
Also, Private Parts (1972), Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978), National Lampoon's Class Reunion (1982), Strange Invaders (1983), The Stuff (1985), The Midnight Hour (TV Movie 1985), The Monster Squad (1987), Street Trash (1987), Parents (1989), etc.
I think Ava's Posessions (or something like that) would qualify - it's on Netflix right now. Also, there are some great older ones that parody the murder/mystery genre, vampires, and the creature feature.
Love at First Bite (classic from the late 70s) Once Bitten (early Jim Carey) Death Becomes Her Little Shop of Horrors Murder by Death Clue
