Love In The Time Of Monsters! It's really fun and reminiscent of The Final Girls in a lot of ways.

I have to second Severance, and the Dead Snow series, although only the second one is particularly comedic.

Hard to believe no one has mentioned the very best: Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948). The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967) and Pretty Maids All in a Row (1971) are great too.

Also, Private Parts (1972), Attack of the Killer Tomatoes! (1978), National Lampoon's Class Reunion (1982), Strange Invaders (1983), The Stuff (1985), The Midnight Hour (TV Movie 1985), The Monster Squad (1987), Street Trash (1987), Parents (1989), etc.

Might catch this on Netflix. Not sure if it had a run on Redbox.

Haha, I agree - they're the only kind of 'horror' movies I like!

I think Ava's Posessions (or something like that) would qualify - it's on Netflix right now. Also, there are some great older ones that parody the murder/mystery genre, vampires, and the creature feature.

Love at First Bite (classic from the late 70s)
Once Bitten (early Jim Carey)
Death Becomes Her
Little Shop of Horrors
Murder by Death
